Customer service recently received a letter from a customer that documents our “Best Experience” motto in action. In the letter the customer explains that they had attempted to have Graber shutters installed through an independent Dealer and the job turned out to be a nightmare. The shutters were mismeasured and poorly installed and the Dealer was unresponsive to the consumer’s request for post-installation service.
Through the intervention of customer service into this situation, we were able to have Rich and Lisa Stanion go out and take a look at the job. The customer stated that Rich and Lisa treated their situation and home with the respect and their situation with the compassion it deserved. The customer also highly praised Rich’s skill level and his desire to have a happy customer at the end of the job. In the end, the customer stated that “Rich and Lisa had taken their nightmare and turned it into a pleasant dream.” Thanks, goes out to Rich and Lisa Stanion for their truly professional handling of this situation!”
