I would highly recommend anyone to use this company for any of your window treatment needs! From day one Rich was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the different products and I never felt pressured to go with them but it was an easy decision. He helped me pick the right products and was always responsive with any questions or concerns. There was an issue with one of my orders and without hesitation Rich made it right and resolved the issue immediately. Rich and Lisa came out right away to measure windows and had many samples or different options and colors. They explained everything very well. They helped me choose some beautiful honeycomb blinds. I like all the options of opening and closing. The black out honeycombs have helped us all sleep better. The installation wasn’t too long for as many windows as we have. Rich has always communicated very well and has been easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting privacy, to keep your house cooler or warmer or to help you sleep better.
