We first worked with Rich and Lisa of Treasure Valley Window Treatments in 2018 when we were buying a home in Eagle. As out-of-town buyers, we really appreciated their professionalism and flexibility. Lisa was a huge help in choosing the right style and color for our plantation shutters. Their price was middle of the road compared to other quotes, but what set them apart was their honesty and strong work ethic.

One thoughtful gesture that really stood out — while we waited for the shutters to arrive, they kindly installed temporary paper shades for us at no extra charge. That kind of service meant a lot, especially from a distance.

Fast forward to 2025 — we purchased another home and didn’t hesitate to call them again. It’s rare to find people in any industry who are just as committed and dependable years later, but Rich and Lisa absolutely are. The quality of their work and their professionalism remain top-notch, and we're just as happy with the results this time around.

Rich and Lisa with Treasure Valley Window Treatments are absolutely amazing. I shopped around and not only did they beat everyone’s prices but they were fast on lead times too. But truly all that aside Rich and Lisa were so kind and caring. These are the kind of folks you would invite back for dinner.

I would highly recommend anyone to use this company for any of your window treatment needs! From day one Rich was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the different products and I never felt pressured to go with them but it was an easy decision. He helped me pick the right products and was always responsive with any questions or concerns.
